Virginia Refund Policy

The school course fee will be refunded to any student who cancels the enrollment contract prior to taking the final exam. Once the final exam is taken and the course is completed, no refunds will be issued.

All refunds will be completed within 30 days after the effective date of enrollment termination.

If you find an discrepancy in your payment, please contact our customer service department at the number in the top right corner of the screen before calling your credit card company. We would be happy to issue a refund if you have been billed in error on our end.
